I’m so glad you’re Here
More about me.
I love living by the water. Our last few homes were unintentionally close to bodies of water (tiny and big) but I realized that walk near the water can heal just about anything.
I judge books by their cover. I avoid mysteries, thrillers, suspense and anything dark remotely dark or devilish. Romance, light historical fiction, and personal narratives are more my speed.
One of my favorite things to do is to cook and feed other adults. One of my least favorite things to do is feed picky toddlers.
Sunrise walks + listening to audiobooks is my favorite way to start the day. Followed by a walk to Scratch Bakery with our daughters to pick up breakfast treats.
I experienced mental health challenges during the fertility process with our first daughter and then postpartum anxiety and overwhelm after the birth of our second.
I live in Portland, ME with my two daughters (an IVF baby and rainbow baby) and a super smart + silly husband.
My undergraduate degree is from Dartmouth College, Magna Cum Laude.
My coaching certification is from FamilyWell. I have an additional coaching certification from IIN.
I am a Masters of Social Work candidate at UNE.
